Help!

I just did the same run I do all the time. It's 8.5mi total, my typical pace ave is 8min/mile. Today when I did the run everything started out ok but then it started to lag in logging my miles. My pace was showing as 11min/mile. It logged my average pace at 9min/mile even though I completed the same run I always do in the same amount of time.

Hi @alexisvaldo, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since it's not tracking your mileage accurately.

 

Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, check out this help page, which explains how your Fitbit device tracks your distance traveled.

 

Finally, monitor your watch for the next 24 hours and see if it tracks your mileage accurately.
