Hello

Had it just a few days. I believe step count reset to 0 but then it showed 635 when I woke up (I actually didn't even wear it to sleep...I charged it over night).

 

Thoughts? Thanks.

Hi @PoDad the steps reset at midnight to zero. You may need to restart the device and it's not suggested to leave any Fitbit on the charger all night. Usually only a few hours is needed to charge a device. Let us know what happens after the restart.
