Versa Lite stopped syncing

My watch suddenly stopped syncing. I've re-installed several times and I either can't get it paired to my phone, or it's not showing up on my Bluetooth. It keeps saying no device found. I don't know what more to do and I've done everything Fitbit said. I'm about to switch to the galaxy watch! Anyone else with issues?

Hi @Tracy.M69  What phone are you using? Have you tried all the suggestions in THIS Help Article on syncing problems?

Versa Lite for Android and yes, I've done everything at least a dozen times and it's 6 minutes behind the time. I'm about to toss it in the trash!!!!!

I have a Versa and have the same issue.
My phone just can’t find it.

The time is currently 15mins behind so it doesn’t even work as a watch now!
