Versa Lite stopped syncing

Fitbit versa lite stopped syncing 3 days ago. I have tried everything and it doesnt work.

I think most everyone is having a syncing issue and fitbit needs to update the app

No one helped me fix the syncing. The were reciting everything that is posted on the help website.

@Mudflapp Thank you for your sharing your experience and feedback. I would like to confirm if your Versa Lite is still not syncing? I will be glad to assist you further.

 

@Hippypippa I appreciate your troubleshooting efforts and recommend making sure your Fitbit app is updated to the latest version as updates come with new features and bug fixes: How do I update the Fitbit app? Let me know if your watch is still not syncing.

Fitbit is still not syncing. It worked about 1 hour yesterday then quit again.

Why is everyone having the same problem?

You would think fitbit would stay on top of their products.

My versa lite not syncing for 24 hours now.

So frustrating!!!

This thing is a **ahem**. Obviously there is a Bluetooth handshaking/protocol issue in the code. My clock is now 30 mins off from real time after syncing 2 days ago. I speculate because the clock is implemented in a FW timer and not hardware, and with each interrupt to the OS you loose a few ticks and it "looses" time.

 

Very frustrated, ready to smash it.

Would you please fix the syncing problems.

It is so frustrating!!! Its been since Monday night that I haven't been able to sync!!

I have tried everything. Your dongle isnt working either
