Hi @Ozzycoops - make sure your watch is charged and press the button to turn on the display.
Check your Quick Settings and make sure wrist wake is enabled and Sleep is not. Often a long button press will get you there.
Then try to restart the watch, and if the problem remains try changing clock face.
Also sync the watch to see if data appears in the app and steps are actually being recorded.
