Versa Lite stopped working altogether

My versa lite stopped holding a charge, won't track heart rate and won't record hourly steps taken. This just stared within the last few days. I have reset it a few times but nothing is working. Is it a lost cause at this point?

Hello there, @Ashleylefever. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums and trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa Lite before reaching out. I understand where your concern is coming from.

Since you're still having this issue despite the restarts you've attempted, I recommend doing a factory reset:

  1. Hold the back button for about 8 seconds.
  2. When the Fitbit logo disappears:
    1. Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds).
    2. Hold the button again until you feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates you initiated the factory reset.

You can follow the steps to set up the device after that: How do I set up my Fitbit device?

Take into consideration that a factory reset deletes any stored data, which includes all data that hasn't synced to your Fitbit account, your applications, alarms, etc.

Hope this helps.

At this point, it won't even turn on. It was fully charged last night and this morning it was complete dead and won't charge any longer.
