Versa Lite sync to computer

Have been using Charge HR for several years and sync to my computer with hardly ever a problem.

Don't have a smart phone or android.

Question: Can the Versa Lite sync to my computer?

Hi

It's possible to sync the tracker to a Windows 10 computer over bluetooth with the Fitbit App for Windows 10 which can be downloaded from the Microsoft Store for free.

It's also possible to sync using a iPad with the Fitbit app installed on the device when having a Mac.

Will it sync to a computer running Windows 7 ?

Have not yet converted to Windows 10.

My Charge HR syncs using a dongle.

Windows 7 isn't supported anymore.

Good day, even with a dongle it does not work.  I recently chats with a rep and here is what he told me.  'Mauricio: I am asking you this since Windows 7 is not longer supported by the Fitbit app. As you shared with me, the Fitbit app works only with Windows 8.1, and Windows 10.Me: So What can I do? Return the fitbit and buy Garmin?Mauricio: Thank you fo rthis Feedback. Ivan, I personally understand you'd like to set up with a Windows 7 computer, however, to be able to have all the features from the tracker working at a 100%, and to see the dashboard with updated graphs, your operating system needs to be updated as well.
