My Fitbit versa light won't sync with my phone, Huawei Mate 20 Lite and have been told it's not compatible even though it worked fine for 10 months. I have since took the phone back to factory settings and tried to sync with my son and his wife's phones, I Phone 11 pro and IPhone SE and it won't sync with either of those even though those are listed as being compatible. It appears to me there is a fault with the Fitbit, can this be returned to be checked one way or the other?

If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
