After trying all the suggested steps for pairing and syncing Fitbit versa lite to my iPhone 17 Pro and not succeeding, I reinstalled the Fitbit app on my iPhone 16 Pro and it works fine. I went through the whole process again and installed the Fitbit app on my iPad Pro OS version 26.2. The set up went smoothly and my watch is synced to my iPad. From this I deduce that this is a problem with the iPhone 17 and one that hopefully Apple will be willing to acknowledge and fix..

Hi @arati4amma! Welcome to our community forums!
I'm sorry to hear that your Versa Lite is not syncing with your iPhone 17.
Since you've already paired your Versa Lite with the Fitbit app on your iPhone 16, just sign out from the old phone and sign in with your Fitbit credentials on your new phone. It will then automatically appear as set up. Finally, turn off Bluetooth on your iPhone 16 to avoid interfering with the synchronization with your iPhone 17.
If you want to verify that your iPhone 17 meets the requirements for syncing, you can take a look at the help article below: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Hi @arati4amma - as you rightly point out the issue is known with the new iPhone 17 Pro which does not properly support Bluetooth anymore, it's not a watch problem.
