Versa Lite syncing issues

I have a versa lite, activated in 2019, won’t sync, or stay connected, can’t find the FitBit device even on Bluetooth even after all the troubleshooting tips, can someone tell me if this is an app issue or a phone issue? I have an Apple 7, both phone and versa lite are updated.
