Earlier today my Fitbit was 2 hours behind. I tried syncing it to see if it would fix it, but it didn't. I read everything I could find and rebooted my Fitbit, turned my bluetooth off and on again, uninstalled the app and reinstalled, until I finally did a factory reset. Now it's frozen and says the data wasn't erased and there's a big red X and I can't get it to do anything.

Regarding the time and display issues that your Versa Lite experienced, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via email. I'm so glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.
