Versa Lite touchscreen not always responding

My touch screen is SO finicky.  Sometimes it'll work, sometimes it won't.  Which is SO frustrating when wanting to log workout, etc.  Anyone else experience this irritation?

Certainly, the touchscreen of your Versa Lite isn't working as the way it was designed, therefore, to fix the issue you're currently experiencing, I recommend you to restart your device following the next steps and let me know if the issue persists:

 

  1. For Fitbit Versa Lite Edition, hold the back button for 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
  3. If you still have issues with your device, turn it off and turn it back on. For more information, see How do I turn off my Fitbit device?
