Versa Lite touchscreen not responding

hi, i have my fitbit versa lite since 10 months and now started facing some problems

* Left side button is working but my touch screen does not respond

* Sometimes when i power on the screen blackout for 1 min. Then becomes right

but still touch does not respond even after restarting the device and i also tried by changing the wallpaper but still not responding

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. To fix the touchscreen issue you're experiencing, please restart your Versa Lite following the next steps:

 

  1. For Fitbit Versa Lite Edition, hold the back button for 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
  3. If you still have issues with your device, turn it off and turn it back on. For more information, see How do I turn off my Fitbit device?
