The touch screen on my Versa Lite has not been responding to touch for a couple weeks now. I've tried some solutions I saw on the forums but nothing has worked. I've tried turning it off/on, deleting it from my app and adding it back, and doing a factory reset. Anyone have any other ideas?

Since you already tried some troubleshooting steps to no avail, I recommend you to change the clock face of your Versa Lite following the steps that are specified on: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device? and let me know if the issue persists.
