Versa Lite touchscreen not responsive

Hello! My mum bought me a second hand Fitbit Versa Lite for Christmas. The previous owner had used twice and then left it off in a drawer since Feb 2020. Having started using it a week or so ago, the touchscreen is just not responsive! It seems like it needs to be calibrated, will not let me click certain buttons such as exercise or swipe cleanly! Have tried every reset possible, deleted the app, reinstalled the app, and unpaired the device from my account. Now, the Fitbit screen shows “Data not cleared, Sync & try again”. I tried to sync however the device is not coming up on Bluetooth to sync to my account/ phone. The device cannot be picked up! I don’t know what else to do! Please help!

Welcome to the forum. I'm sorry to hear you are having an issue with your Versa Lite. You are welcome to reach out to customer service HERE to see if they can do some additional troubleshooting for you. However, given that you bought it second hand, there may be limitation on what they can offer if it needs to be replaced. It might be worth contacting the original owner to see if the tracker is still under warranty.
