My touch screen no longer works on my Versa 2. I have rebooted it twice without any luck. I have switched to a FitBit clock face and that didn’t work either. How can this problem be fixed.

I had purchased an extended warranty when I purchased my Versa 2 from Amazon. I just filed a claim with them and they are sending me a gift card to me to replace my unit. I know this is not a solution for you now but you might consider this next time you buy one.
