My versa lite’s touchscreen stopped working as soon as sleep mode turned on, and then stayed like that after it turned off. Does anyone else have this problem? Please help.

Best AnswerTry a Factory Reset if it will work by swiping left to Settings, then About, and then Factory Reset. If the touchscreen doesn't allow you to do that, contact Customer Support.

Best AnswerYes? I did that now the watch is reconnecting and updating. This is a replacement that they sent me for my original because the battery completely died and the screen would not turn on, so I don’t think they will send me a new one.
