Versa Lite unresponsive screen

This morning my versa lite screen appears to be unresponsive and when it does, it’s like an old television as it’s all crackling. The bottom half of my screen appears to be black whilst the top half (date and time) are showing, but very dull and crackling.

Regarding the unresponsive screen issue that your Versa Lite has experienced, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.
