help! i’ve had my fitbit for about two months and it has always worked great, until today. the screen is black and unresponsive and it won’t sync to the app on my phone. i’ve tried changing the wallpaper as well as updating other settings but it won’t work.

@eliselundeen I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that your Versa Lite is unresponsive, it won't sync and the screen is black. Thank you for your troubleshooting efforts. I recommend confirming the complete troubleshooting instructions including a restart from this help article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
