My Versa has quit working, it will no longer turn on. I’ve tried resetting it, but nothing works. All I have is a black screen. Help!

Try installing a different clock face and then a Restart.

My Versa lite touch screen was frozen and started doing that last week, I have re-started it many times and that doesn't help. Then saw someone saw to do a reboot have done that and now it will not sync or do anything now.
