I have tried everything. Im so over this. It was almost done updating then it stopped. I been trying for days. I dont think i will buy another fitbit or recommend it to anyone again.

I'm sorry to hear that your Versa Lite is not updating. I totally understand how frustrating this is for you.
In order to to avoid any confusion on my end, please let me know if you referred to the firmware update or data syncing.
