Versa not properly syncing with bluetooth headsets

Please, please, please can you resolve the issue around bluetooth not linking correctly with certain headsets. Simply not good enough. I should be able to sync any bluetooth headset and get great sound for exercising and I can't. I know it's a problem. Fitbit knows it's a problem so SORT the problem....please!!!

Sorry for the delay in my reply and to hear about your headset pairing issues with your Versa. Have you used that headset with your phone? If so then go to your phone's bluetooth area and remove it from there. Also restart your phone and your Versa and retry pairing the headset with your Versa.

It has nothing to do with anything other than the Versa software not being able to sync with all types of bluetooth devices. I'd rather you just admit this is the case and how it has been corrected in later models...assuming it has???🤔Sent from my Samsung Galaxy smartphone.
