Versa Lite vibration issues

Got it for my birthday, it has worked great, got the notifications I wanted, while it vibrated. Now it has vibrating 3 times in the 2 minutes it has taken me to write this, but there's no notification, even when I swipe down, "says you're all caught up." I thought about just resetting it, and losing my progress I've made so far, but hoping someone could help me with this?

Regarding the vibration issues that your Versa Lite is experiencing, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they provided assistance via email. Please reply to their last email and they'll be happy to follow up and assist you accordingly.
