Versa Lite will not update/change screen

I just bought my Versa Lite last night and it is syncing fine, but it will not update. I have two pictures to show what it's looked like over the last 12 hours or so, but the website won't let me upload them. My phone (Samsung S9) is telling me that it's searching for my Versa Lite, even though it's been sitting right next to it the whole time. The watch itself has a blue screen that has been slowly making its way towards the center of the screen, and I thought that was the progress of the update? But it hasn't moved from about 1/4 of the way through the screen. Anybody have any ideas? Thanks in advance!

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.
