Good Evening,

 

My Fitbit Versa doesnt turn on anymore and when i charge it,it doesnt work either. Then when i keep it charging, it becomes very hot underneath. Please help me what to do. this is a very special watch for me because my fiancee gave me as a birthday gift. I need some help and inputs and suggestions on what I can do.
