I just charged my versa 2. Shortly after, I looked at it, it didn't work. Checked my app - 95% charged. The versa showed it's empty. Tried to charge it again. The battery isn't charging.
What can I Do?

Hi there, @Maren.. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa Lite.
To solve this issue, please see Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
As for the battery level on the Fitbit app, note that it updates every time you sync. That means that if your watch hasn't synced yet, your app will still show the battery percentage of the last sync.
Once you charge your watch make sure to sync and you'll see that the percentage on your Versa Lite will match with the one on your Fitbit app.
