Versa Lite won't charge

I have a versa lite and it will plug in turn on but stay at 0%. I have tried multiple outlet and USB chargers and it won't charge. HELP I dont want to have to buy another one.

As a newby my first one acted entirely like this. The fix is doable
though the phone app. Don't be afraid to connect with Fitbit or YouTube.

I have tried everything and my fitbit just won't work. It was turning it self off and on before it went completely dead. Please help me.

I bought my versa lite last year in May. Last night it refused to charge. When I plug it onto the docking station, it gives me the charging message but the % battery does not increase. I tried restating the device, force closing the app, cleaning the ports, changing form a wall socket to my laptop. Nothing helped. Then I contacted their Help centre via live chat. They could not pick up any device connected to my account. I was advised to unpair and pair it again. I unpaired, reset the device. But now because the battery is too low, I cannot pair it back on. I am now confused and don't know what is going on. I can only pair if I charge the device, but then the charging was an issue to start with.
