Need help my versa will not correctly connect to my galaxy note 8. It will also not change to the correct time zone. I have restarted both phone and bluetooth and versa

Hi there, @Acoil. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa Lite before reaching out.
In addition to the steps you've done so far, please try the steps below:
1. Remove the Versa Lite from your phone's Bluetooth settings and in the Fitbit app.
2. Restart your Versa Lite.
3. Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use.
4. Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
5. Set up your Versa Lite.
If you continue having issues, please see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
Regarding the time, please note that it's related to the syncing difficulties. Your Versa Lite may show an incorrect time if it hasn't synced or has been unpaired from your Fitbit account. Your Fitbit grabs the time of the device you're syncing with. Once you manage to sync your watch, the time should be updated too.
