Versa Lite won't receive notifications

My Fitbit does not give me notification some times and it always says.

 

My Fitbit app keeps say notification service not running. A phone restart is required to re enable notification on your tracker.

Yes I spoke with the team but seriously it very stress full as it happened 3 times today. Is there any way to fit this
