Versa is unresponsive

My Versa is no longer responsive. Occasionally when I put it on the charger, the backlight will come on (but the screen will still be black). I have tried restarting it and nothing happens. And when I attempt to sync to my phone it says that the device cannot be located. Any advice on how to proceed from here?

My versa 2 as had the black blank screen since Sunday morning seems to coincide with a firmware update. 
7months old and useless however they are replacing it.

i contacted them through twitter originally and got a fairly quick reply they then opened a case and then this morning I got the email to sort a replacement if it’s in warranty they should replace no problem
