Had to factory reset now my versa lite won't setup. It tries to run the startup and freezes. I have tried all of the suggestions and nothing has worked.

@Hiber85, welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the setup issues that your Versa is experiencing, I appreciate the time spent trying the troubleshooting steps you mentioned above.
I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you will be back on track soon.
