Hi! I've been stuck with a non-working Fitbit since I got a new phone (Iphone 2020SE). Now my Fitbit is stuck in the setup screen, the app on a laptop, tablet, and my phone all say my Fitbit is not discovered. I've done ALL the troubleshooting tips about 30 times. I've emailed support, they just keep saying to follow the set up directions. But it's not working! Very frustrating.
I did have the watch paired to an old phone which died... like it is totally non-functional and so I can't turn it on to "unpair" the versa lite. The versa lite was still working, just not connected to the new phone, but really became totally not functioning when I tried to pair it to the new phone. DMs were quick but couldn't solve my problem and the email I got was so unhelpful. Warranty requested, but it's been weeks with a non-working Fitbit now. Any suggestions?
