Versa Lite won't set up

It’s been over 6 hours and the Fitbit is still “installing”?? How can I stop and restart? Obviously something is wrong? I heard it should only take 1-2 hours.....

Thank you. Unfortunately the solution was to get a replacement. Although very disappointing since literally JUST received this new Fitbit yesterday! Now will take at least another 5-7 days to get the replacement (next day would have been great). However, I am happy to get a replacement since I was worried I would continue to have issues with this one.
......now I am just nervous about the quality.
