I downloaded it and it got to 100% but it hasn’t done anything. I’ve been stuck on the downloading 100% screen for almost an hour. It tells me my versa is at 100% and setting up but it hasn’t done anything at all and my versa screen is just on the starting screen wear it says, “To start open Fitbit app and download.” Nothing is working and I have no idea what I’m supposed to do. I spent money on this and it won’t work.
