Versa display not working correctly

So my versa screen works for 5 minutes perfectly fine. Then screen will go blank, display green and blue lines and not work at all. Then suddenly it will work fine again! At first I thought I must have knocked the screen without knowing but it will come back and work normally for half an hour then go back to blank screen or green lines. I have no idea what to do!

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to restart your Versa to fix the display issues you're currently experiencing. Please follow the steps from the help article to restart your device and let me know if the issue persists.
