Versa Lite won't swipe

I have been using Fitbit Versa Lite for the last 5 months and haven't had any issues. But recently, my watch does not swipe. I can see the clockface alone. Already tried restarting and changing clockface, didn't work.

Please help

I am having same issue. I have been using since I received for Christmas. I noticed other users have had similar ssues that began within the last month, as well. I have restarted without luck. I would like to turn off and back on but, I cannot get to settings because my screen is not responsive to touch, which is why I need to shut down. Very frustrating after only three months.
