Versa Lite won't swipe

Hi folks have a Versa Lite which does nothing when I try to swipe the watch face. I have held the one button on the watch for 12 seconds and the fitbit icon comes on the screen unfortunately when I try to swipe the watch face nothing happens. Can anyone let me know how to reset to factory settings.

Hi there, @Degsyheron. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa Lite before reaching out.

Before considering a factory reset, as it deletes any stored data, which includes all data that hasn't synced to your Fitbit account, your applications, alarms, etc.

Try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hope this helps.

Hi
Thanks for the info unfortunately tried that after seeing the suggestion on another post. How do you reset the watch because every reference l have seen indicates three buttons but mine has one. Also have tried holding the button until the icon comes up but have still not had any success.

@Degsyheron I appreciate you had followed the tips and recommendations provided above.

At this moment, I’ve reached the limits of what I can do for you here on the public community forums. The best way to get help for this problem is to chat with us online or give us a call. Click here to get connected.

Regarding your inquiry, it seems that the posts you've came across are referencing to Fitbit Versa and Fitbit Ionic, since to reset them you need to  press and hold the back and bottom buttons. For Versa Lite, you need to press and hold the button* for 10 seconds until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen, and then release the button, which clearly you've done already.

We hope your issue is solved soon.
