Hi there, @Ks576. Welcome to the Community Forums.
Please restart your Versa as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Just did all of the following steps and a hard reset and it works for a few minutes then starts again. Are there any other tricks or tips???
