Hello, thank you for reading this. So, my Fitbit versa lite had gone completely dead and I didn’t charge it for a few weeks. I accidentally deleted my versa lite from my Fitbit app. Now when I try charging it nothing happens to it. I have tried resetting it by holding down the button for 10 seconds as I’ve read up but nothing happens. I’ve tried leaving it on charge overnight, eventually the Fitbit logo came on the screen but when I took it off the charger it went off. Nothing comes on the screen even when trying to reset. And now I cannot get the logo to come back on.
please help if you can, thank you.

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Such article includes a restart process which can be really helpful for this situation

the heart rate flashing sensor unfortunately is not working so it appears completely unresponsive. I will look into the article you suggested. Thank you for your help.

If the heart rate sensors of your Versa Lite aren't flashing anymore, this means that the issue is with the battery itself and not its display. Please try the troubleshooting steps from my previous post and let me know how it goes, I'll be here ready to help you if further assistance is needed.

I have tried all the steps and advice from the article you sent. Unfortunately nothing has worked. I’m still in the same situation with it. If I charge it for numerous hours the Fitbit logo will appear on the screen but will not do anything, the sensors are not flashing or lit up. When I try and reset the Fitbit lite by holding down the button on the Fitbit the logo will disappear and will not come back on unless I charge it again for a few hours. I am unable to re-connect it with my Fitbit app as it’s not picking it up, so I’m unable to check what the battery level is.
