I got my versa light for Christmas and after 2 months I can no longer sync it. My exercise was not recording properly. I wish I could return it but it's too late now because it's an electronic.
Best AnswerI tried uninstalling it from my phone and reinstalling it. I tried turning off my phone and turning it back on nothing works. Battery says it's fully charged. I've had it on the charger while I was trying to sync I've done this four times.
