I have a problem with sync with my watch on my phone... I reset the watch and now I can't make the software update. I left it for hours on Bluetooth to update.. And still not working.

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, run the update again and see if it gets completed.
In case the syncing issue persists, try the troubleshooting steps included in this help page and see if your watch syncs properly.
