Since the last update my watch won't sync, won't keep correct time, steps are not adding. Very frustrated given the $170 price tag.

I’m having the exact same issues. I spent over 2 hours on chat with support yesterday. My Versa suddenly will not sync and I woke up today to it losing time. It’s an hour and 20 minutes behind. I’ve done a factory reset and updated software. I can’t get it to connect to WiFi or to my phone. I’ve tried my iPad as well.

I’m glad it’s not just mine, but I’m extremely frustrated that after less than 2 years, it just stopped working. Customer support offered me a discount to purchase a new Fitbit, but I will be shopping around before I decide to stay with Fitbit.

And now it won’t turn on at all. Guess that answers the question of whether or not I’ll buy a new Fitbit.

Yes I spoke with three different people and no they were not able to help.
I had no problem syncing to my LGV60 5G phone until the last FitBit update.
I am no a not so proud owner of a $100+ wrist brick.

I am with you. Mine is less than 10months old and I am now a not so proud
owner of a wrist brick. Had no probs until last FitBit update and suddenly
my Android LG phone is "not supports". Beyond frustrated, pissed.

It's been driving me mad for the past few days, really hope there is a fix
as I've only had the fitbit since December.
