Versa Lite won't sync or show correct time

Fails to sync on Android or iPad 

And now the time is inaccurate also.  Hoped firmware udate would solve syncing issue --- it did not, but seems to have caused the time issue which gets worse by the day --- is there a way to determine if the firmware update installed properly?

Regarding your inquiry, a check mark appears when the firmware update is complete.

 

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, monitor your watch and see if the issues get fixed.

What is the latest version of the Fitbit app for Android phones?

Hi @anng90 the latest App version is 3.12.1 and the Versa firmware is 70.7.14

So ... I have done ALL of the steps for the syncing issue. Put the Fitbit app on an ipad. There is no bluetooth pairing happening on either my android phone or ipad.
My fitbit randomly syncs, but NEVER when I open the app.

Sync problem continues - it randomly syncs---the help suggestions did not help.  Is there a way to check the Bluetooth?  I also do not receive notifications (call or message) on my versa lite since the firmware update.

Is there a way to confirm the successful completion of the update?
