Versa Lite won’t sync or update

Today I update my Versa Lite. Now it won’t sync anymore and it is frozen on an exercise screen. I tried a force restart and that didn’t do anything.

Looking closer it seems as if the watch itself has synced but the apps(???) will not update. The error message I get is says “We are unable to install/update one or more apps. Please try again later.”

What happens if I delete the -00

and then try to reinstall

it?  Will I lose the data I’ve collected since I began using my Versa?

I appreciate your efforts and understand your concern. If you refer to the Fitbit app, you shouldn't lose any data if you reinstall the Fitbit app, just make sure to sync your watch before doing it. Do you still experience any difficulties? I'll be glad to assist you further.
