Versa Lite won't sync

My Versa Lite has not been syncing. I have done all the usual troubleshooting:

turned Bluetooth off/on again

Updated the app

updated my phone’s OS

uninstalled and reinstalled the app

Uninstalled and reinstalled my Fitbit - that ALMOST got it; it synced once and then lost connection immediately after

 

in the last 3 years, I’ve gone through 2 different devices, because they always seem to fail just outside the warranty coverage. I don’t want to buy another one - anyone have any other suggestions that are NOT listed above??

@Chrisp65 Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums and already trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Fitbit device. I'm sorry to hear you still have issues even after the troubleshooting steps you've performed. I understand where your concern is coming from.

Hi there, @Dlruoss316. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa Lite before reaching out. I understand where your concern is coming from. 

In addition to the steps you've done so far, please try removing the Bluetooth connection between your phone and your Fitbit device:

*On your phone, tap Settings Bluetooth > the information icon next to the name of your Fitbit device > Forget This Device.
*Open the Fitbit app and set up the connection again. You should receive a message asking you to allow your Fitbit device to pair with your phone. Tap Pair to approve the request.

Sync your Versa Lite automatically when you open the Fitbit app or manually by tapping your profile picture > your device tile > Sync Now.

I have the same issue, syncing not happening, time incorrect, spoke to Fitbit chat on line, told to do everything, I have already done, like yiu it eventually syncs then drops out again.  I am very unsure if I should take advantage of there offer of a discount of new smartwatch, or try a new brand altogether
