Every day my Fitbit cannot locate my Versa Lite. Will locate with IPad only. Very aggravating! What is the problem? Worked fine at first. Only had this Fitbit about a month.

Best AnswerThere are still problems with my Fitbit Lite. It won’t always sync especially in mornings when I want to do my activity. If I remove it and reset it sometimes that helps sometimes not. Eventually it will sync but not always when I want it to. This is my third Fitbit but having more trouble with it than any other that I have owned.
I've done every one of these steps and my versa lite will sync long enough too start the update then it will unsync going right back to the start up screen it came with stating I need to download the fitbit app.
My fitbit app will say it's searching for my versa lite.
I've done every single thing multiple times even spoke with customer support.
