Versa Lite won’t sync

Really liked my Versa charge 2, cracked screen and all.  It finally quit working in the bottom of the Grand Canyon at 35000 steps +

 

Decided on the new Fitbit Versa Lite to replace it.  Since I’ve had it (4+ months) has never synced correctly and without me manually doing it. Even lost my paid for clock face and never got it back-even the owner of the clock face tried to figure what was wrong and couldn’t. Now all I want are any hints to keep

this syncing on it own.

@Cat2323 welcome to our Fitbit Community! By the way, I'm sorry for the late response. However, I would like to follow up on the syncing issues that your Versa Lite is experiencing.

 

Please follow the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, monitor your Versa and see if the issue gets fixed.
