Versa Lite won't sync

Did anyone ever get a resolution to the 'sync' issue with the Versa Lite?

Hi there @G-Fit59, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the syncing difficulties you've been having with your Versa Lite.

I've seen that you contacted our Support Team in regards to this issue and they tried helping you to get the issue solved. Also, they provided you with a reference number in case you continue to having the syncing issues. If the steps they recommended didn't work, please feel free to contact them again so they can tell you what's next.
