I have had my Versa for 8 months now and have worn it to play hockey, football, tennis, squash, in the gym and for swimming. I have never had any problems until the last two weeks where a 100% charge is now only lasting one or two days and the device won’t turn on.
I have been for multiple swims over the last two weeks and this afternoon whilst playing tennis, it has reduced in charge very dramatically, the screen has turned black and despite trying to reset the Versa by holding all three buttons down has been unresponsive. I have had to reset the Versa 4 times in the last two weeks due to a similar issue.
I have tried charging the device and repeating the reset process but the Versa is still unresponsive and is also getting very hot.
It is currently unresponsive and there are no signs of life.
I have noticed condensation in the sensor which seems impossible if the Versa is ‘waterproof’ which is the reason why my partner purchased it for me so I could track my swims. I am really disappointed - Any advice gratefully received as I am lost without it.

Hi there @Robbo1818, welcome to the Community Forums. I understand why you'd feel disappointed. Thanks for all the details shared in your post about your Versa's recent behavior.
I've seen that you contacted our Support Team after posting here in regards to the battery and condensation issues. I'm glad to hear that you're now receiving a replacement.
About your inquiry, note that all Fitbit trackers and smartwatches are water-resistant, which means they're rainproof and splash-proof and can stand up to even the sweatiest workout. You can swim or shower with certain Fitbit devices. Fitbit Versa series are swimproof up to 50 meters in a lake, pool, or ocean.
