I've been having issues with my versa lite for 3 days now. I hadcto perform a factory reset and then my watch wouldn't pair with the app. Did a live chat today and it did pair and update whilst the watch was plugged into my laptop. This took over 5 hours. The chat crashed though, and the operative just seemed to get off the chat. Now 3 hours later, it won't sync again and is displaying the wrong time. I'm getting very frustrated with this now, I've spent hours trying to sort this out, and I've only had the watch since Christmas.
